Please read these terms before using FuckingBlonde.com. By entering the website, by confirming that you are 18 or older, or by buying a membership, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the website.

1. Who we are

FuckingBlonde.com is operated by SC CioceaSoft SRL. In these pages “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of FuckingBlonde.com, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses this website.

The address above is the address at which the operator is established and registered. It appears here, in our Privacy Policy and in the footer of every page of this website.

2. Adults only

This website contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law where you live requires it, and only if it is legal for you to view such material where you are. You confirm this before any content is shown to you. Giving us a false confirmation is a breach of these terms.

You must not give access to this website, or to anything downloaded from it, to anyone under 18. This site is labelled RTA, so filtering software such as Net Nanny, CyberPatrol or Qustodio can block it automatically.

3. Membership, pricing and billing

Memberships are sold and billed by Verotel, our authorised payment reseller and billing partner. Verotel appears on your bank or card statement, discreetly; FuckingBlonde.com does not appear on it. We never see or store your full card details.

What you pay, and when

These are the memberships on sale today. The same figures are shown on the join page and again on Verotel’s payment page before you confirm anything.

In plain words, for each membership on sale:

30 days: 2.99 USD charged on joining for a 3-day trial, then 9.95 USD every 30 days, until cancelled.
90 days: 19.95 USD charged on joining, renewing automatically at 19.95 USD every 90 days, until cancelled.
180 days: 39.95 USD charged on joining, renewing automatically at 39.95 USD every 180 days, until cancelled.

Trial and introductory offers. If a membership starts with a trial or an introductory price, the amount of that first period and how long it lasts are stated in the table above and on the join page. When the trial ends, the membership continues at the full price shown in the last column, on the interval shown, unless you cancel before then.
How you will be charged if you do nothing. A membership marked as renewing is a subscription: unless you take steps to cancel it, your card will be charged again automatically, for the amount and at the interval shown above, for as long as the subscription is active. Nothing else is ever charged to your card by us.
When. The first charge is made when you join. Each following charge is made on the day the current period ends – so a 30-day membership is charged again 30 days after the previous charge.
What appears on your statement. Verotel, our billing partner, not the name of this website.
Currency. You are charged in the currency shown. Your bank may convert it and may add its own fee; that fee is your bank’s, not ours.

Your account

You choose your own username and password when you join. Keep them to yourself: sharing them, or using one account from many places at once, may end the membership without a refund.

Memberships on this website are billed by Verotel, our authorised billing partner and reseller. For any questions regarding credit card or bank statements, transactions, fraud, unrecognised charges and similar, please contact Verotel support: www.vtsup.com · livesupport@verotel.com. You can also find and cancel your subscription yourself at support.verotel.com.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time, without giving a reason and without any cancellation fee. There is no minimum term beyond the period you have already paid for.

Yourself, at any hour: go to support.verotel.com or www.vtsup.com, find your subscription using your email address or the order number from your receipt, and stop it. It takes less than a minute.
Or ask us: send a message through our contact form, choosing “Membership, billing or cancellation”. We will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.

Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for – you do not lose the days you bought. After that the account simply stops working; nothing further is charged.

5. Refunds

If you were charged in error, charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or you could not use the members area because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will refund you. Write through the contact form or to Verotel support directly; either way the matter is treated as a complaint and answered under section 11, within 5 days.

Because access to the whole library is given immediately and in full at the moment you join, we do not otherwise refund a membership simply because you changed your mind or did not use it, except where the law where you live gives you that right. Refunds are returned to the card that was charged.

6. How you may use the website

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view and download the material for your own private use, for as long as the membership is active. You may not:

copy, republish, sell, share, stream or distribute any of the material, in whole or in part, anywhere, including on file sharing networks, tube sites or social media;
remove or alter any watermark, notice or credit;
share your account, or let anyone else use it;
use robots, scrapers or any automated means to download the material in bulk;
try to break, probe or overload the website, or get access to parts of it that are not meant for you;
use the website, or anything taken from it, for anything unlawful – and in particular in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour or abuse, which is dealt with in section 12.

Breaking any of these ends your membership immediately, without a refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

7. The material on this website, and who answers for it

We are responsible for all content published on this website. Every photograph and every video here is published by us, under our control and on our decision. Responsibility for it is ours alone and is not passed to anyone else.

All photographs, videos, text and design on FuckingBlonde.com are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

If you believe that something published here infringes your copyright, write to us through the contact form, choosing “Copyright claim”, and tell us what the work is, where it appears on this website, and that you are the owner or act for the owner. Material found to infringe is removed promptly.

8. How content is checked before it is published

Nothing appears on this website automatically. There is no upload button for visitors, members or anyone else: every scene is reviewed and published by hand, by us, before it becomes visible. Our moderation works like this:

Records first. Before anything is prepared for publication we collect, for every person appearing in it, a government-issued photo identity document proving they were 18 or over on the day of recording, and a signed model release covering the recording and its publication. Material without complete records does not go further.
A person watches it. A member of our staff reviews the whole scene – every video and every photograph in it – against our rules: all participants adult and identified, consent clear and visible, nothing that is illegal in the countries we serve, nothing suggesting coercion, incapacity or distress.
Titles, descriptions and tags are written or checked by the same person, so that nothing in the wording misrepresents what the scene is or implies anything prohibited.
Two outcomes only: approved and scheduled for publication, or rejected. Rejected material is deleted and, where a supplier provided it, the supplier is told why.
After publication the material stays under review: any report about it is handled under section 11, and anything reported as illegal or non-consensual is taken offline within 24 hours, before any investigation.

9. Links to other websites

This website contains links to websites we do not run – other sites in our network, partner sites, advertisements, and our billing partner. Those links are there for your convenience or because someone pays for them.

We do not control what is on those websites and we do not check them continuously. Their content, their terms and their privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
Once you follow a link you have left FuckingBlonde.com, and these terms and our privacy policy no longer apply. Read theirs.
Every site we link to is required to be lawful and to be for adults only. Third-party links shall be removed if those links are found to contain violating contents. This applies whether we find the violation ourselves or someone reports it: if you find a link from this website that leads to illegal, non-consensual, misleading or otherwise violating material, tell us and the link is removed. Reports of illegal or non-consented content are acted on within 24 hours, under section 11.
A link is not an endorsement, and we take no responsibility for anything you do, buy or see on another website.

10. Age records

Every person appearing in sexually explicit material on this website was 18 or older when it was made. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. part 75 are kept by the custodian of records named in our 2257 statement.

11. Complaints policy

We take every complaint seriously, whoever makes it and whatever it is about. This section explains what we promise, how to complain, and what happens next.

Our two commitments

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported to us, it will be removed within 24 hours. This includes content that appears to involve a minor, content published without the consent of a person appearing in it, content obtained by coercion, deception, trafficking or abuse, and any other content that is illegal. The material is taken offline first and examined afterwards – we do not leave it up while we investigate.
All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant’s satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days. The same procedure is applied to everyone, whether the complaint comes from a paying member, a model, a content creator or a visitor.

How to make a complaint

Anyone may contact us – visitors, members, models, performers, content creators, their representatives, and any person appearing in material published on this website. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a customer.

We deliberately do not publish an email address on these pages: a published address is harvested by spam robots within days, and a complaint lost in a flooded mailbox is a complaint we have not answered. The form reaches the same people, immediately.

So that we can act quickly, please tell us, as far as you are able:

the exact address (URL) of the page, image or video the complaint is about, or the title of the scene;
what the problem is – and, if it concerns a person in the material, who that person is and what the objection is (for example: it was published without consent, consent has been withdrawn, the person was under 18, or the material was obtained through coercion or trafficking);
how we can reach you with our answer;
if you are writing on someone else’s behalf, in what capacity.

You do not need proof to make a report. Send us what you have. We would rather take something down and look into it than leave it up while we ask questions.

What we do with it

We confirm we received it, normally within one working day.
Illegal or non-consensual content is taken offline immediately and in any event within 24 hours of the report reaching us – before any investigation, not after it. The content stays offline unless and until it is established beyond doubt that the report was mistaken.
Every other complaint is examined by a person, not by an automated filter. We look at the material, at our records for it, and at anything you sent us.
We answer you in writing with what we found and what we did, aiming to settle the matter to your satisfaction within 5 days of receiving the complaint. If the matter genuinely needs longer – for example because we must contact a third party – we tell you so within those 5 days, explain why, and give you a date.
We keep a record of every complaint, what was decided and when, so that similar complaints are handled the same way and so that we can show how a case was handled if we are asked.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, write back and say so. The matter will be looked at again by someone who was not involved the first time.

Where the law requires it, reports concerning a minor or concerning material that appears to record a crime are also referred to the competent authorities, and the relevant records are preserved for them.

Complaints about a payment

Memberships on this website are billed by Verotel, our authorised payment reseller. For questions about a charge, a rebill or a cancellation you can write to us at the addresses above, or go directly to Verotel’s support at support.verotel.com, where you can also find and cancel your subscription yourself.

12. Anti-modern slavery, anti-trafficking and anti-abuse declaration

Modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, servitude and every form of coercion or abuse are crimes and an abuse of human rights. We have no tolerance for them, in our own work or anywhere this website touches. This website must not be used in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking or abuse, and we actively work to make sure it is not.

What we promise

Every person appearing in material published on FuckingBlonde.com was an adult, aged 18 or over, at the time the material was made.
Every person appearing in that material took part knowingly and voluntarily, and gave their consent to being recorded and to the material being published.
We do not publish material in which a person appears to be coerced, threatened, deceived, controlled, indebted, intoxicated beyond the ability to consent, or otherwise unable to refuse.
We do not buy, licence or accept material from any source that cannot demonstrate the age and the consent of every person in it.
Consent can be withdrawn. A person who appears in material on this website may ask for it to be removed, and it will be removed – see the complaints policy above for how to ask and how fast we act.

How we check

Before publication: for every scene we keep proof of age (a government-issued photo identity document) and a signed model release for each person appearing in it, obtained before recording. Material without complete records is not published. These records are kept as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 – see our 2257 statement.
Our producers and suppliers: anyone who supplies us with material must give the same guarantees in writing, must keep the same records, and must make them available to us on request. A supplier who cannot or will not do so is not used again, and material already received from them is withdrawn. This does not move the responsibility anywhere: everything published on this website is published by us, and we answer for all of it.
After publication: any report that a person did not consent, or was trafficked, coerced or abused, is treated as the most serious kind of complaint. The material is taken offline within 24 hours of the report reaching us, before any investigation.
Cooperation: we cooperate fully with law enforcement and with the competent authorities, preserve the relevant records for them, and report cases where the law requires us to.

Reporting a concern

If you believe that anyone appearing on this website is a victim of trafficking, coercion or abuse, or that they did not consent to the material being made or published, tell us immediately. Use any of the ways listed under the complaints policy above. Reports are treated confidentially, and you may report anonymously – though leaving us a way to reach you helps us act faster.

If someone is in immediate danger, please also contact your local emergency services.

Responsibility

This declaration is approved by the management of SC CioceaSoft SRL, applies to everyone who works for or with us, and is reviewed at least once a year. Last reviewed: October 2026.

13. Your privacy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we ask for as little as possible, card details are handled by Verotel and never reach us, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s data.

14. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the website and the members area available and working, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Short interruptions for maintenance, or caused by our hosting or network providers, do not entitle you to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change affects what you pay or how you are billed, it applies only from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

16. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, which is the country in which SC CioceaSoft SRL is established and registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction – without depriving you of any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
